• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festivals, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods, processing may take additional time.


  1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes within India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been received.


  1. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Maharashtra:
2–4 Business Days

Metro Cities:
3–6 Business Days

Other States:
4–8 Business Days

Remote Locations:
5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.


  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We may periodically offer:

Applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before payment.

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect contact information
• Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply for a second dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Delivery Address
• PIN Code
• Landmark

Kakus shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.


  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Floods
• Natural disasters
• Political disturbances
• Public holidays
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• High order volumes
• Courier delays

While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


  1. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package appears:

• Leaking
• Opened
• Crushed
• Tampered with

  1. Take clear photographs before opening.

  2. Record an unboxing video without interruption.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide photo or video evidence may affect our ability to process replacement requests.


  1. MISSING ITEMS

If your package is delivered but an item is missing:

• Notify us within 24 hours.
• Share photographs of the package and contents.
• We will investigate with our warehouse and logistics partners.

If verified, the missing item will be shipped at no additional cost or refunded.


  1. FAILED DELIVERY

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF AVAILABLE)

Cash on Delivery orders may be available for selected PIN codes.

Kakus reserves the right to:

• Restrict COD eligibility
• Require prepaid payment
• Cancel suspicious COD orders


  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Kakus ships only within India.

International shipping services are not available at this time.


  1. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  1. SHIPPING OF FOOD PRODUCTS

Our products are carefully packed using food-safe packaging materials to maintain product quality during transit.

Customers are advised to:

• Store products as instructed on the packaging.
• Inspect packages immediately upon delivery.
• Consume products before the Best Before date mentioned on the packaging.

Kakus shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Pandemic
• Government Restrictions
• Strikes
• Transport Interruptions
• Natural Disasters
