Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship the next working day.

Maharashtra: 2–4 business days. Metro cities: 3–6 business days. Other states: 4–8 business days. Remote locations: 5–10 business days.

Since our chicken pickle is a fresh food product, we take extra care in packaging — but if something goes wrong in transit, here's what to do.

Document the damage

If your package arrives torn, leaking, opened, crushed, or tampered with — take clear photos before opening and record an unboxing video without interruption.

Missing an item?

Notify us within 24 hours with photos of the package and contents — we'll investigate and ship the missing item free or refund it once verified.

Failed deliveries

Delivery failed due to wrong address or unavailability? Re-shipping charges may apply for a second dispatch. Orders can only be cancelled before they're dispatched.

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location isn't serviceable, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled before they're dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details.

COD is available for select PIN codes, subject to eligibility checks. We currently ship only within India — international shipping isn't available yet.
